The wood areas on each RNH property shall be properly maintained and repainted with the appropriate colors (see Building Specifications) as necessary, generally a minimum of once every three to five years. The RNH Board/management company checks property condition regularly (a minimum of annually) and will inform RNH homeowners if additional painting is required.
