Storm doors are to be installed or replaced with RNH Board approval. Permissible doors must have only full pane/view glass panel with full screen insert, no beveled edge, no “frills” (no grills, etc.), with a kick plate of no more than six (6) inches high. Storm doors must match the approved trim color assigned to the unit. See Building Specifications for details.
Replacement of sliding doors, front doors, and all other exterior doors requires RNH Board approval. See Building Specifications for approved specifics for each home.
